Hypertherm Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Operations Planning to own integrated planning in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will lead a team to align demand, supply, production, and inventory to meet customer commitments, manage constraints, and support strong business performance.
Lead medium- and long-range planning to align market demand, operational constraints, and business priorities.
Own the SIOP process and partner across Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to align forecasts, capacity, service, revenue, and inventory goals.
Develop and execute inventory strategies that support customer lead times while managing cost, risk, and working capital.
Lead, coach, and develop the planning team while supporting strong cross-functional execution and clear leadership communication.
Maintain data quality in planning systems to support decision-making (ERP/ MRP, Forecasts, lead times, inventory levels).

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Expertise in SIOP, master production scheduling, inventory planning, and capacity planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate trade-offs clearly.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting tools, and planning data management.
Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and turn plans into on-time execution.

Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.

$103,329.00-$172,215.00 Annual This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
