Requirements
- Must be willing to work 3rd shift- 8:45 pm - 5 am, Mon - Fri S.
- Diploma or GED Three- five yeas of manufacturing experience required.
- Knowledge of and skills in the use of office machines (computers and printers) and business procedures.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Requires prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching, manual dexterity, the ability to distinguish letters, the ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to use color measuring instruments for monitoring color (Techkon).
- Must have general computer skills (i.e., JDE, Quality Windows, etc.) Effectively train new team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret Job Travelers and how to identify raw materials by part numbers.
- Three- five years of flexographic printing press experience strongly desired..
- Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude and experience.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with frequent excursions into high noise areas Work is performed in a plant environment with frequent contact with others - in and around production, warehouse, and office areas.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Skills
- Demonstrate basic math skills, both metric and standard.
- Use applicable statistical tools when and where necessary.
- Demonstrate good 5S, housekeeping, and organizational skills.
