- Redirect providers and members to network facilities when available.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Care Team utilizing appropriate tools to prioritize workload and transfer member to RN if possible, or schedule appointment.
Requirements
- Experience Requirements
- A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
- Education Requirements
- Requires two years (60 credit hours) of college.
- Additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Requires effective written and verbal communication skills
- 3 years' experience in a clinical setting, human services, care management or healthcare call center
- Must reside in the Kansas City Metro Area
- Work-at-home requirements
- Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
- Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
