- Provide counseling to Adult, Youth and Early Childhood.
- The Outpatient Counselor offers diagnostic assessment and counseling within the office setting.
- This position is responsible for individual, family, and group services.
Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic assessments as necessary
- Develops client-centered ISPs, monitor and review progress
- Maintains clinical records within Crossroads' standards
Requirements
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to work on a team in a fast-paced, high stress environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work preferred.
- LSW, LPC, MFT required
- LISW, LPCC or IMFT preferred.
Compensation
- Counselor Outpatient- $58,000 - $67,000 annually.
