Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tests to assess functional limitations and the potential for restoration. Develop a plan of care with restorative and/or maintenance goals to meet identified needs.
- Perform applied physical therapy procedures to achieve identified goals, (i.e., therapeutic exercises, functional training).
- Maintain communication with the physician, keeping in contact through written reports, attendance at meetings and telephone calls.
