Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with FDA/Compliance standards and documentation practices.
- Experience in Finance/Reporting workflows and tools.
- Background or exposure to Life Sciences industry projects.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
