Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Familiarity with FDA/Compliance standards and documentation practices.
Experience in Finance/Reporting workflows and tools.
Background or exposure to Life Sciences industry projects.
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
