Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
Develop and implement Workday-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels.
Act as a primary point of contact for Workday system inquiries and issues, escalating to Workday support as needed.
Manage and prioritize Workday projects and initiatives.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team.

Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
Experience with Workday security and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX).

Proven experience with Workday system administration, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Experience leading a team in an Agile development environment.
Workday Pro certification.
