Responsibilities
- Frequent interaction with Suppliers including traveling to supplier sites The selected candidates will perform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings.
- Perform production follow of systems through their life cycle to ensure sell-off and delivery of systems Participate in the preparation of internal and external communications to leadership Perform CAM responsibilities as needed reporting to Program leadership Participate in the sell-off and delivery of systems, coordinating with Mission and Quality Assurance to ensure sell-off criteria have been met.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 7 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of experience in a STEM discipline.
- An additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
- US Citizenship required.
Nice to have
- 2 years experience supporting the development, integration, testing, or production of sensor systems radar or related mission systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating activities across dispersed teams.
- This position is contingent upon transfer of active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain special program access.
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- $135,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
