Frequent interaction with Suppliers including traveling to supplier sites The selected candidates will perform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings.
Perform production follow of systems through their life cycle to ensure sell-off and delivery of systems Participate in the preparation of internal and external communications to leadership Perform CAM responsibilities as needed reporting to Program leadership Participate in the sell-off and delivery of systems, coordinating with Mission and Quality Assurance to ensure sell-off criteria have been met.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 7 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 6 years of experience, or a PhD with 4 years of experience in a STEM discipline.
An additional 4 years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
US Citizenship required.

2 years experience supporting the development, integration, testing, or production of sensor systems radar or related mission systems.
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating activities across dispersed teams.
This position is contingent upon transfer of active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain special program access.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$135,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
