About the role
- Provide Consumer care and monitoring in the Emergency Psychiatric Services Department promoting a safe and therapeutic environment and assisting consumer needs while receiving emergency psychiatric interventions.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with EPS treatment team to develop and implement initial treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment free of sharps and other potentially harmful objects.
Requirements
- Knowledge of principles of recovery
- Demonstrate proficiency an obtain vital signs.
- Attend team meetings, supervision, and training as required.
Nice to have
- CNA, CNT, MA, EMT a plus and preferred
- eCW experience a plus
- Therapeutic Options certification a plus
- Visible Hand experience a plus
Compensation
- $19.79 hourly (base pay) with additional incentive for language skills and behavioral health experience.
