About the role
- The program consists primarily of outpatient services as well as play groups and DBT-C groups.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is used as a foundation for children following play group therapy, which is overlaid with a variety of treatment modalities, psychoeducation, skills, experiential exercises and recovery concepts.

- Heart-centered, relational culture; loads of support, encouragement and compassion for this challenging and meaningful work
Requirements
- Afternoon and evening work required on 4 days until 6:30 pm
- Strong clinical background with solid experience in a psychotherapy setting as well as play therapy
- Licensed to provide mental health treatment in the state of Texas
- Highly-organized, self-motivated, collaborative, curious, and proactive
- Responsive to a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Fully licensed RPT experience preferred
