Responsibilities
- Manage a roster of freelancers, inclusive of pay scales, keeping all deadlines on track, and developing new writer talent
- Drive a clear editorial point of view for product and shopping recommendations appealing to the Allure reader
- Partner with the commerce team on shoppable newsletters
- Partner with existing affiliate link partners to optimize revenue opportunities, while working directly with retailers and brands to build relationships
- Condé Nast Entertainment was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have a mix of product & shopping editorial expertise as well as strong enthusiasm for helping define the content-to-commerce strategy at Allure.
- 4+ years editing commerce content at a digital property, and must have prior beauty writing experience
- Experience managing a team and working with freelancers
- Demonstrated experience in beauty product testing, documentation, and creating video-forward commerce content
- Solid knowledge of SEO tactics to attract a buying audience
- Experience in managing product sourcing logistics at a digital property (either editorial or commerce)

Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$94,000.
