About the role

  • Job Description: Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a Sr.
  • The role will be based out of our Seattle or Boston Office.
  • Experience in eCommerce, B2C, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable domain; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build High-Performing Teams
  • Product Manager to help shape and deliver best-in-class Autoship shopping experiences.
  • This role will own high-impact areas of the subscriber customer journey.
  • In this role, you will define strategy and drive execution for experiences that help pet parents shop with confidence and ease.
  • This role will focus on driving Autoship signups and basket building.
  • You will build new end-to-end shopping experiences that span multiple parts of the funnel, as well as improve current features.
  • You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy to build customer-focused experiences and drive the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related field, ideally owning customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Experience in eCommerce, B2C, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable domain

Compensation

  • Team members will receive six paid holidays per year.

  • In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
  • C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
