Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Engineering role within related Industrial Design or operations
- Ability to travel to various job sites on short notice
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Engineering in all disciplines and process
- Experience in Project Management and Customer relationships
- Site experience (Construction or Commissioning)
- Second language (French or German) preferred
- Project Management certification (PMI/PMP) preferred
- Office Environment with occasional business trips

Skills
- Promoting safety within the company; meeting or advancing the company's safety standards.
- Fostering collaboration and alignment between disciplines as well as engineering contractors.
- Facilitating weekly meetings with different engineering parties; issuing minutes of meetings; and following up on action items.
- Preparing the Technical Requisition Summary for procurement and guiding the technical clarifications with material/equipment suppliers.
- Maintaining a record of engineering capitalization points
- Ensuring the project execution plan is followed and assist in maintaining and updating the plan.
- Collaborative change management approach including commercial awareness.
