As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help shape what the team builds by identifying the right questions, structuring the analysis needed to answer them, and translating findings into practical recommendations.

You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
You have 8+ years of relevant professional experience
You have substantial experience applying advanced analytics, experimentation, statistical methods, and data storytelling to business or product problems
You have experience structuring complex business issues and partnering cross-functionally to turn them into scalable analytical or data science solutions
You are proficient in SQL and at least one analytical programming language such as Python or R, and you are comfortable working with large-scale structured and semi-structured data
You are effective at communicating insight, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience

You have experience operating in a product, platform, marketplace, or customer-focused technology environment
You have built or influenced KPI frameworks, decision models, or governance mechanisms that improved prioritization and execution
You have experience mentoring other analysts or data scientists and contributing to stronger analytical standards across a team or domain
You are comfortable working autonomously in fast-moving environments and can move from open-ended question to clear recommendation with limited direction
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $184,500.00 to $258,000.00.
Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $295,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
