Responsibilities
- The role works with minimal direction, applying deep knowledge in their field of expertise to manage the delivery of project management best practices and processes including reporting, project planning, and support activities.
- The IT Cloud Project Manager uses significant latitude in determining objectives and leads employees in the development of analytical approaches, while establishing and maintaining client, senior management, and project manager relationships.
- In addition, the role provides status updates and progress reports to project stakeholders to manage expectations related to scope and timeline constraints.
- Create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project.
- Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan and Develop trusted working relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
- Communication and Persuasion - Share ideas, build consensus, and write with impact.
Requirements
- Additionally, you are well-versed in financial tracking for both legacy systems and cloud environments, including financial optimization techniques.
- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.
- You know that relationships and networks are essential to success.
- You can easily adapt to new tools and trends.
- We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills test (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency).

- Project Management - Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs.
- Coach and mentor, your teams as you work toward a common goal.
- Negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
- Project Coordination - Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them.

- ensure they are completed according to timelines and budgets.
- Execute a project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk.
- You are experienced with both waterfall and agile methodologies and possess a strong understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
