- Our PAT (Probe, Assembly & Test) Operations Group is looking for a talented Staff Process Engineer to join our team in Palm Bay, FL.

Nice to have
- Sustain and improve high-reliability semiconductor assembly processes
- Identify and procure new equipment for process enhancement
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- experience in a high-mix environment is a plus
- CAD experience is highly desirable
- Fusion 360 proficiency preferred
- Familiarity with Statistical Concepts as applied to manufacturing (e.g., Mean, Std.
- Dev., SPC, Gage R&R, ANOVA)
