Requirements
- An active Scrum certification and MCSD - Microsoft Software Developer are desired but not required.
- They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
- All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a closely related field and five (5) years of programming experience.
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Experience leading a team to use structured source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Source Safe.
Skills
- Asp.net web forms
- CSS, including CSS3
- Entity Framework
- Classic ASP
- SQL Server Stored Procedures
- Experience with Transact-SQL using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience leading the development of highly performing business applications in a multi-tier architecture.
- Experience working in an environment using Extreme Programming practices.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with an Agile Requirements Management tool, such as TFS or Jira.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
