Responsibilities
- You balance an appreciation of data with cultural nuances to make recommendations and decisions about program design.
- Our formative assessment products help teachers identify the targeted instruction students need to build a strong foundation in early reading and math.
- This role plays a critical role in the design, administration, and communication of Amplify's short- and long-term compensation incentive plans to support the growth of our mission‑oriented organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a publicly traded company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clear

- As required by state and local laws and district policies, you may be required to provide additional documentation, such as proof of vaccination, or submit to enhanced background screening, such as fingerprinting.
- This role requires a high degree of analytical skill, close attention to detail, and absolute discretion.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation, including at least 4 years of direct experience in short- and long-term incentive plan administration plus at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles.

Compensation
- The gross salary range for this role is $165,000 - $185,000.
