Responsibilities

  • Maintains Associate confidence and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential
  • Maintain all electronic filing
  • Maintain IFS Associate records - setup, termination, changes, reporting structure, employment periods, job titles, pictures, time entry questions, etc.
  • Oversee and maintain Career Development Program (CDP)
  • Maintain R.E. Mason and Apperture Solutions Organization Charts
  • Oversee company communications and manage digital bulletin board content, including announcements for new hires, promotions, internal transitions, service anniversaries, and other forms of Associate recognition
  • Own the pre-employment and onboarding process from start to finish
  • Perform and document 30 / 60 / 90 day check-ins
