Responsibilities
- By leveraging GenAI and behavioral systems, we automatically detect at-risk employees, deliver personalized interventions at critical moments, and remove tangible risks to the business - at scale.
- Experience building and integrating with external APIs a plus
- Experience building ETL and data pipelines a plus
- Strong desire to be part of an early team and create foundational systems

Requirements
- Experience with building distributed systems and backends
- Experience with AWS, terraform, EKS, and cloud systems
Compensation
- Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
