About the role

This position requires a full-time, five-day on-site presence at our Fort Worth, Texas office.
Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
and Essential Duties Assist environmental programs of wastewater, storm water, waste management and air pollution control to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

This role provides technical expertise and support for implementation and execution of environmental requirements and sustainability project development, assisting improvement of company-wide environmental performance.
This role will support the Coppell, Texas and the Ft.
Manage DI process water system maintenance, sanitation and operation.
Inspect and audit plant environmental programs for conformance to EPA, TCEQ, and local applicable environmental regulations and maintain records.
Work with management teams to identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement and sustainability projects applicable to both regulatory and operational improvements.

Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, and stoop repeatedly.
Technical Skills Required Competent with computer software, such as Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Competent in technical report writing.
Working knowledge of project management and organization skills.
Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task.
Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in related field or minimum of 2 years of relevant environmental experience.
Some working knowledge of wastewater treatment, hazard communication, PBR, SPCC, SWPPP, and STEERS.
Working knowledge of project management and organizational skills.
HAZWOPER 40-Hour Training Certificate is preferred.

Assist in the development of company-wide environmental standards, Work Instructions, and SOPs.
