About the role

  • This position requires a full-time, five-day on-site presence at our Fort Worth, Texas office.
  • Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
  • and Essential Duties Assist environmental programs of wastewater, storm water, waste management and air pollution control to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • This role provides technical expertise and support for implementation and execution of environmental requirements and sustainability project development, assisting improvement of company-wide environmental performance.
  • This role will support the Coppell, Texas and the Ft.
  • Manage DI process water system maintenance, sanitation and operation.
  • Inspect and audit plant environmental programs for conformance to EPA, TCEQ, and local applicable environmental regulations and maintain records.
  • Work with management teams to identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement and sustainability projects applicable to both regulatory and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, and stoop repeatedly.
  • Technical Skills Required Competent with computer software, such as Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Skills

  • Required Competent with computer software, such as Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Competent in technical report writing.
  • Working knowledge of project management and organization skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in related field or minimum of 2 years of relevant environmental experience.
  • Some working knowledge of wastewater treatment, hazard communication, PBR, SPCC, SWPPP, and STEERS.
  • Working knowledge of project management and organizational skills.
  • HAZWOPER 40-Hour Training Certificate is preferred.
