Responsibilities

  • The Senior Paralegal - Litigation, provides litigation support, legal analysis, and guidance on loan-level matters, regulatory compliance issues, and business disputes.
  • This role works closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to manage legal risk, support active litigation, and provide practical legal advice to the business.
