Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
- Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
- Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of HVAC experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
- minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.
- Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (per Mississippi requirements).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
