Skills

  • Devenir le partenaire de confiance du client

  • Collaborer étroitement avec nos consultants et développeurs Salesforce pour concevoir l'architecture fonctionnelle des projets.
  • Assurer la qualité, le suivi et la donnée
  • Bâtir des rapports et des tableaux de bord Salesforce pour permettre aux clients de suivre leurs indicateurs de performance (KPIs).
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et communiquer de façon transparente.
  • Accompagner le changement et faire vivre la plateforme
  • Préparer les guides d'utilisation Salesforce et animer des sessions de formation ou des démonstrations pour les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Assurer la maintenance fonctionnelle et l'assistance aux utilisateurs pour garantir une adoption maximale de l'outil après le déploiement.
  • Innover avec l'Intelligence Artificielle (IA) et l'écosystème Salesforce
  • Explorer l'écosystème (comme les applications de l'AppExchange) pour enrichir les solutions des clients.

  • 💰 Group RRSP / TFSA plan Savings plan with a 100% matching contribution from VO2 (up to 4% of your annual salary), with a 2-year vesting period.
