About the role

SHADOW is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr.
We want SHADOWs to extend their hearts and give back to their various communities and interests, on the clock!

Create and manage budgets and billing processes with accuracy and minimal oversight.
Develop and execute effective strategic plans with little to no edits or supervision, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Contribute new ideas and creative solutions to drive successful influencer strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing or account management, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of influencer data, analytics, and industry best practices.
Experience with tools such as GPS, HYPR, Fashion Monitor, and Celeb Intelligence.
The ideal candidate must have 6+ years of agency or in-house experience and lead strategic influencer initiatives, manage relationships, and drive impactful campaigns for our clients.
Your expertise in influencer data, creative strategy, and effective communication will be key to achieving outstanding results and mentoring junior staff.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
Annual Compensation
$90K - $130K (commensurate with experience)
