- Assembly Technicians play a crucial role in servicing existing customers motors and pumps that are sent to our shop for evaluation of repairs and return to OEM condition standards and tolerances following detailed engineering drawings and work scopes for the in-house repairs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Level 2 (Intermediate Experience): Assembler with moderate experience who can work independently, understand technical documents, and perform more complex tasks under supervision.

Requirements
- Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in assembly work.
- Familiarity with measuring equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift 35lbs from floor to workbench.
- They will use hand tools, power tools, air tools and other equipment to disassemble, clean and inspect as well as final build and testing as applicable for the required scope of work.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in an assembly environment, be proficient in reading/interpreting engineering drawings, and possess the ability to use various measuring equipment with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical engineered drawings is a plus.
