About the role
- This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality road safety measures and enhancing traffic flow for the traveling public.
- Ensure all pavement marking layouts conform to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles; ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pavement marking crews to carry out striping, thermoplastic, waterborne paint, epoxy, and other marking applications.
- Monitor the quality of work, maintain production schedules, and communicate progress to management.
- TRP Infrastructures is seeking an experienced Foreman - Pavement Marking to lead our pavement marking crews and ensure the safe and efficient application of pavement markings in line with company standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in crew leadership within pavement marking or related infrastructure construction.
- Strong knowledge of pavement marking materials, techniques, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to comply with all safety and quality standards.
Nice to have
- Valid driver's license
- CDL Class B with air brake endorsement preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification as Basic Flagger from ATSSA is preferred.
