Responsibilities
- Lead a team of motivated and diverse individuals to foster an environment of success

- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals

- Figma is hiring for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to shape our sales strategy and collaborate with teams across the company.
- You aren't the typical sales leader, and we aren't the typical design tool company.
- Figma has an incredible team and you'll work closely with other groups including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community.
- As a Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for the engagement, expansion and retention of our rapidly growing customer base.

Requirements
- Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
- Strong understanding of technical products, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Compensation
- $155,500 - $230,500 USD
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
- Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations.
- Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
- All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
