Responsibilities
- You can connect with colleagues through our global INclusion Groups, centered around common identities or initiatives, to discuss challenges, obstacles, achievements, and drive company awareness and action.
Nice to have
- 10+ years working in a customer service environment
- Contact center experience preferred
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Sabre GDS experience required
- Experience issuing tickets and working Sabre queues preferred
- Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of customer service satisfaction requirements
