About the role
- The Director of Clinical Systems, Analytics & Business Intelligence provides strategic leadership, oversight, and administration of clinical technology systems, enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data governance, and analytics supporting Behavioral Health and Community Services (BHCS) programs.
- This position ensures electronic health record (EHR) systems, analytics platforms, and data infrastructure effectively support service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, operational performance, revenue optimization, and data informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a multi-year Clinical Systems and Analytics Strategic Roadmap.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments and analytics initiatives with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Lead organizational change management efforts associated with technology implementations, workflow redesign, process optimization, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Develop enterprise standards for clinical systems utilization, documentation workflows, reporting methodologies, and data management practices.
- Establish and maintain enterprise data governance standards, policies, and accountability structures.

- Develop and manage the annual BHCS technology budget and technology investment roadmap.
