About the role

We are seeking a Server to join Living Room.
The Server is responsible for the knowledge, discussing and educating members and guests all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an friendly and elevated experience by Living Room Standards.
The Server plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of service and dining satisfaction.

The server will collaborate with other team members and complete service duties, accurately entering orders in and being attentive during service to support member or guest requests.
Ensure adherence to all trained processes by consistently completing checklists to maintain consistency in service delivery.
Maintain open communication with Leadership and the Executive Chef, promptly advising them of any allergies or issues encountered during shifts to proactively mitigate risks.
Assist the team whenever possible with expediting and managing service bar tickets to support timely delivery of all table orders.
Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to all trained processes by consistently completing checklists to maintain consistency in service delivery.
Communication: Maintain open communication with Leadership and the Executive Chef, promptly advising them of any allergies or issues encountered during shifts to proactively mitigate risks.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy shifts, multitask effectively, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

Menu Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the menu, with the ability to make informed menu suggestions when requested by members and/or guests.
Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably as a server, with knowledge of point-of-sale systems, order taking, and food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members courteously, answer their questions, and address any concerns promptly.

Adhere to health and safety policies, as well as all Company policies, procedures, standards, and local, state, and federal laws as applicable, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
