About the role
- The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizes project/implementation scope.
- Generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team.

Responsibilities
- Develops detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third-party resourcing.
- Manages and coordinates with internal, client and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on time and with quality implementation per plan.
- Schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
- Manage and report on budget for implementation.
- Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
Requirements
- Expert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com, and Salesforce
- ability to explore, trial, and recommend new tools and technologies as business needs arise.
- Bachelor's and/or master's in finance or accounting.
- Required Skills:
Skills
- Strong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and FinTech.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.
- Solid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.
- Product expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.
- In-depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Financial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).
Compensation
- $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
- Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
- The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
