Responsibilities
- Partner with carriers regarding Trailer Needs/Completed Shipments/Late Inbounds/Late Live Loads/Trailer Issues etc.
- Schedule Live unload Appointments and assist carrier partner with changes in appointments/deliveries.
- Work closely with Operations pilots to maintain daily operational flow and ESD lead time.
- Performing logistics related administrative tasks to drive efficiency and reduction in costs.
- Perform duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task for extended periods of time
- Demonstrates the ability to hold others accountable and provide effective feedback at all levels in the organization.
