About the role

  • Business Process Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a mid-level Business Process Analyst to join the Global Logistics Warehousing team.
  • As a Level 3 Business Process Analyst, you will serve as the warehousing team's focal for process development, process improvement and process management documentation.
  • A strong background in written and verbal communication will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Leads structured process team meetings using appropriate methods and tools
  • Maintain and administer warehouse database
  • Create and maintain Global Logistics team metrics
  • Build and maintain team reporting templates
  • Proficient in managing stakeholder engagement by cultivating strong relationships and building trust

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in Supply Chain disciplines, warehousing operations or a related field
  • Two years' experience in Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement and related contract requirements knowledge
  • Two years' experience in project management methodologies and lean process principles
  • Three years' experience in business professional written and oral communication.
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

  • Three years' experience in Supply Chain and/or 3PL warehouse operations
  • Proficient in creating and delivering executive-level presentations and reports to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Two years' experience with data synthesis and reporting
  • Conflict of interest:
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • Travel: The position may require traveling up to 20% of the time.
  • Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. (Note: Basic relocation will be offered to qualified internal candidates)

Compensation

  • $89,250 - $120,750
