- Job Purpose As a Senior Recruiter at VulcanForms Inc., you will play a critical role in launching and scaling a high-priority, advanced technology program.
- This position offers 100% remote flexibility for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruiting strategy to rapidly scale a high-priority initiative, hiring across advanced engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership roles.
- Establish deep trust and collaboration with the program's executive leaders, acting as their strategic partner for headcount planning, market reality checks, and interview calibration.
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, and Finance to navigate competitive talent pools and build well-aligned, attractive offers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a dynamic requisition load, and pivot recruiting strategies on a dime.

- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proven ability to creatively pitch and close passive candidates who aren't actively looking to move.
Compensation
- VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package.
- The annual base salary range for this position is $93,200 to $128,200.
