About the role
- Bonded Storage Compliance: Adhere to strict security and handling procedures for bonded storage, ensuring all inventory transactions are documented properly.
- Packaging, Labeling, and Shipment: Prepare critical flight hardware, hazardous materials, and GFP for shipment, ensuring compliance with labeling, packaging, and regulatory standards.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow and enforce company operating procedures, work instructions, and best practices for inventory and bonded storage management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assess, refine, and develop operating procedures using process improvement methodologies assuring compliance with and alignment to existing requirements and guidance from sources both internal and external.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and shipping teams to meet project deadlines and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Support inventory and property audits by ensuring accurate records, documentation, and compliance with company and government requirements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, document losses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- They will also conduct regular inventory counts, support audits, and manage the storage of hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA and EPA standards.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

- Loss Prevention: Investigate inventory discrepancies, document losses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- In accordance with U.S. export control laws, final candidates may be required to undergo additional export control screening to determine eligibility for access.
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones.

- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or bonded stores environments. Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
- Experience developing, implementing, and refining operating procedures. Formal process improvement training and application is a plus.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint Inventory Management or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
