About the role

Bonded Storage Compliance: Adhere to strict security and handling procedures for bonded storage, ensuring all inventory transactions are documented properly.
Packaging, Labeling, and Shipment: Prepare critical flight hardware, hazardous materials, and GFP for shipment, ensuring compliance with labeling, packaging, and regulatory standards.
Procedure Adherence: Follow and enforce company operating procedures, work instructions, and best practices for inventory and bonded storage management.

Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Assess, refine, and develop operating procedures using process improvement methodologies assuring compliance with and alignment to existing requirements and guidance from sources both internal and external.
Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and shipping teams to meet project deadlines and resolve inventory-related issues.
Support inventory and property audits by ensuring accurate records, documentation, and compliance with company and government requirements.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, document losses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
They will also conduct regular inventory counts, support audits, and manage the storage of hazardous materials in accordance with OSHA and EPA standards.
Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or bonded stores environments. Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
Experience developing, implementing, and refining operating procedures. Formal process improvement training and application is a plus.
Experience with Deltek Costpoint Inventory Management or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
