About the role
- As Director of FP&A - Operations, you are the finance leader for the teams that help prepare every Opendoor home for sale to a new family.
- This is a hands-on financial engineering role.
Responsibilities
- forecasting, BvA, variance analysis, and the weekly narrative on cost-to-serve and unit economics Build and maintain the capacity, headcount, and operating expense models that scale
- You partner directly with senior operators across Acquisition Operations, Home Sale Prep, and Resale, and you own the P&L, capacity, and unit economics they are accountable to.
