About the role

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
  • Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
  • gaining experience with BAS operation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

  • This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

  • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
  • Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies
