About the role
- This role focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring systems operate safely under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
- Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or national requirements.
- gaining experience with BAS operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

- This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.

- Address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed.
- Replace light fixtures, filters, and other components as required.
- Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies
- assist with preventive maintenance tasks and contractor oversight.
- Follow company safety protocols and use PPE for all tasks
- ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA regulations
