Responsibilities
- The Logistics Hub: You will manage the flow of prescriptions through our digital pipeline-using technologies Kroll, our in house app, Shopify for order management and UberDirect and other shipping partners to coordinate last-mile delivery.
- Patient Experience: As our most patient-facing group, you'll provide top-tier support via our app, phone/GoToConnect, Slack, and email, ensuring every patient feels cared for in a digital-first environment.
- Production Excellence: Help manage our PACMED automated strip packaging for compliance patients-ensuring precision in every strip.
- Operational Growth: Assist with B2B programs and special projects alongside our clinic partners and house-call doctor services.
- As our most patient-facing group, you'll provide top-tier support via our app, phone/GoToConnect, Slack, and email, ensuring every patient feels cared for in a digital-first environment.
- Help manage our PACMED automated strip packaging for compliance patients-ensuring precision in every strip.
Requirements
- Experience with Kroll paperless, Shopify, Slack, or digital delivery platforms is a massive advantage.
- Tech-Native Mindset: You don't just use apps
