About the role
- Join a dynamic private equity firm during a pivotal growth phase as an Associate/Senior Associate.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating investment opportunities and executing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth investment analysis and due diligence, building and maintaining financial models, including LBO and valuation models.
- Support all stages of transaction execution, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deal processes.
- Track portfolio company performance, preparing board presentations and internal reporting packages to monitor KPIs and support value-creation initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with a proven track record in complex transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in private equity or restructuring advisory, particularly in special situations investing.
Nice to have
- Progress toward professional certifications such as CFA or MBA is a plus.
