Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day digital strategy for a major client across a portfolio of brands, becoming an expert on our clients' business and understanding how their communications objectives help achieve business goals
- Manage client status & internal status documents from a digital perspective
- Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver client success
Requirements
- Familiarity with data and regulatory milestone communications
- Strong understanding of the relationship between traditional public relations and the use of current online/digital technology and social media
Compensation
- $68,000 USD - $78,000 USD

- What You Will Be Doing:
- Our team is seeking a senior associate with client experience and healthcare communications expertise to serve as a counselor to our clients, including some of our largest and fastest growing accounts.
- As a senior associate, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day account needs, working closely with a large team to provide digital counsel and manage day-to-day work, in addition to serving as a client contact.
- In addition, you should have an agency background in healthcare communications with experience working on pharmaceutical products and/or disease education programs, as well as knowledge of the media landscape and considerations in this space.
- The ideal candidate will have a focused interest in social, digital and influencer marketing, as well as interest in the broader landscape of healthcare communications, including earned media, data and regulatory milestones, and unbranded disease awareness programming.
- Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Write content briefs, social media content calendars and project timelines
- Coordinate with account, media, sci comms, analytics and influencer teams
- Have an interest in digital analytics and data-driven insights for social, influencer and paid/organic digital platforms
- Attend and speak on client calls
- What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency and/or familiarity with digital and social media
- Industry experience in healthcare communications and/or pharmaceuticals
