About the role
- We're looking for an Accounting & Finance Associate to join our growing team and help strengthen our day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys owning processes, solving problems, and operating in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the accounts payable process, including vendor onboarding, invoice review, payment processing, AP reconciliation, etc.
- Manage state sales tax filings and ensure filings are completed accurately and on time
- Support broader tax compliance, including gathering and organizing information needed by our external CPA and tax advisors
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- At least 2 years of experience at a high-growth company
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
Nice to have
- Experience working at a technology startup
- Experience with tax compliance
- Fluent in Mandarin
- You'll become a trusted owner of key accounting processes, ensuring that AP, tax, and close-related activities run accurately and efficiently.
