Responsibilities
- Partner with the Granger project team and direct subcontractors daily.
- Establish goals and plans; ensure subcontractors perform within scope and hold accountability for out-of-scope work; work closely with Project Managers for resolution.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate sequencing of work, and hold subcontractors accountable for execution.
- Partner with the team to ensure quality standards are met.
- Tenacity to self-start, follow through, and drive deadlines.

Requirements
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems before they arise.
- Comfort with construction management technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience with construction-specific software such as Procore, Viewpoint, or Microsoft Project.
Nice to have
- Previous oversight of commercial construction projects ranging from $85M-$150M
