About the role
- The ideal candidate serves as a reliable liaison between staff and insurance providers while ensuring absolute accuracy in our employment and payroll systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time accuracy of organizational charts, personnel files, and system data within the HRIS.
- Manage employee lifecycle data entry, tracking hires, terminations, transfers, leaves, and promotions.
- Conduct "Years of Service" check-ins to support employee retention and gather feedback.
- Cultivate professional, productive relationships with vendors and industry partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources modeling, and coordination of people and resources.
- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Compensation
- Conduct monthly and annual compliance audits for insurance plans, ACA, and EEOC reporting.

- Working knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel information systems.
