Sponsors, but it's cap-subject — you still face the weighted lottery (~61% per draw at Level IV). Good if you win; have a cap-exempt backup on your list.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

15 transfer filings in the last year, covering 15 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 8 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • Postman's websites are among the highest-leverage product surfaces we have.
  • They are where developers, teams, and technology leaders first encounter Postman, understand the breadth of our product suite, find the right solution for their work, and decide how to engage more deeply.
  • This role requires a strategic builder who can operate without a pre-existing playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Create new ways for people to discover Postman's full product suite, capabilities, use cases, and solutions.
  • Own the most important web journeys.
  • Build a trusted analytics and attribution foundation.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to define instrumentation, event taxonomy, source and campaign attribution, identity stitching, funnel reporting, and decision-quality dashboards.
  • Lead privacy-aware measurement.
  • Own the product strategy for technical search (agent) engine optimization, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, internal linking, redirects, canonicalization, and large-scale content or domain migrations.
  • Work with Design and Engineering to make craft and performance reinforcing rather than competing priorities.
  • Build for a global audience. Develop a thoughtful approach to internationalization and localization so that Postman's web experiences can perform across markets, languages, and regional customer needs.
  • You understand how modern websites are designed, built, rendered, served, measured, and evolved.
  • You can partner credibly on content management systems, front-end architecture, server-side and client-side rendering, content delivery networks, release workflows, and technical dependencies.

Requirements

  • You are curious about developers, technical teams, and how they evaluate and adopt tools.
  • Experience with developer products, APIs, business-to-business software, or product-led growth is strongly valued.
  • You have 8+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of customer-facing web products or digital experiences at scale.
  • You have set strategy, built roadmaps, and delivered measurable results in complex organizations.
  • You can point to web experiences you personally led that materially changed customer behavior or business performance.
  • Deep web product expertise.

Compensation

  • The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $240,000 to $275,000, plus a competitive equity package.

Benefits

  • You are fluent in funnel analysis, experiment design, guardrail metrics, statistical interpretation, and post-launch learning.
  • You can walk into a room of competing senior stakeholders and leave it aligned on what will ship, what will not, and why.
  • Set the web product vision and roadmap.
  • Communicate strategy, decisions, results, and learning to executive audiences with clarity and conviction.
