About the role
- This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical program management experience, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of complex scientific, semiconductor, or advanced engineering equipment development.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of cryomechanical and quantum system integration programs, from R&D through prototype delivery.
- Build and maintain program plans, including timelines, owners, dependencies, critical paths, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support supply chain and component management, including long-lead items, supplier dependencies, BOM readiness, and build status.
- Support BOM, PLM, documentation, change control, and configuration management activities.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, and customer support readiness.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and risk resolution in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Experience working with international suppliers, outsourced manufacturing partners, and early customer deployments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of scientific and/or semiconductor equipment assembly, manufacturing, and integration processes.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
- Experience with supply chain and component management, BOM structures, PLM systems, and documentation control.
- Experience with NPI, production ramp, and customer support readiness.
- Experience with cryogenic systems, quantum hardware, scientific instrumentation, or semiconductor process/equipment development.
