About the role
- Category Manager, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement to join our Global Procurement team.
- Responsible for commercial terms negotiations of price, terms, and the scope of services, etc.
- Ensure sourcing and other procurement activity is aligned with SOX and appropriate internal Peloton controls for segregation of duties and appropriate fiduciary controls
Responsibilities
- Support the scaling of Peloton's capabilities by finding opportunities for efficiencies and operational improvements
- Develop and direct the execution of effective cost savings initiatives
- Conduct and manage logistics provider Quarterly Business Reviews for top providers
- Implement and supervise process improvements, training, and talent development
- Effectively lead/project manage cross-functional teams through RFP process including requirements definition, bid/negotiations, contract documentation, and integration ensuring appropriate approvals are acquired
Compensation
- $168,750 - $207,300 USD
