About the role
- The Physiotherapist (PT) is an integral member of the Physiotherapy service and Allied Health.
- This position would primarily cover in-patients on General Internal Medicine.
- Clinical care (consultation, assessment, treatment planning, implementing and evaluating client-specific treatment programs)
Requirements
- Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as required
- Master's Degree in Science (Physiotherapy) or recognized equivalent based on Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
- Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and to function in an independent, self-directed manner
- Computer proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with General Internal Medicine (GIM) and Oncology patient population preferred
- Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association preferred

- Oxygen titration and suctioning experience and rostering of skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation
- $43.47 - $54.34 per hour
