  • Team Summary: Within the Real Estate department, the Security team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all NOA personnel as well as deterring property damage, trespassing, and theft.
  • We focus on providing a safe workspace through 24/7 electronic monitoring and physical response.

Responsibilities

  • From the launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System ™ more than 30 years ago, Nintendo's mission has been to create smiles through unique entertainment experiences.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
  • Must have valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate levels of stress.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Specialized training in security procedures or equivalent preferred.

Skills

  • Identify and prioritize physical security and safety needs for staff and.
  • Manage company identification and access card processes.
  • Investigate and respond to reported suspicious activity.
  • Provide oversight and direction to contract security personnel.
  • Conduct proactive interior and exterior marked vehicle and foot patrols for deterrent and incident response.

Compensation

  • This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
