About the role
- Essity is looking for an experienced Machine Operate converting equipment that produces napkins, toilet paper, bath tissue and other products within a fast paced tissue converting environment.
- The ideal candidate should/could live in Neenah, WI.

Responsibilities
- Understands the Safe Operation of equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out housekeeping, inspection, lubrication, and perform simple maintenance tasks
- Lead small change-over
- Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine
- Support knowledge, and ability to collaborate with small and large teams to sustain production and drive improvements.

Requirements
- HSED or High School Diploma required
- Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
- Meet required hygiene and environmental standards pursuant to customer requirement
